Return Policy


Our money-back return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be purchased within the past 30 days, unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

If your unit is faulty or stops working please see our information on your 3 Year Warranty

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an order number.

To return your unopened, unused Predator Guard unit, please include the following information inside your package:
• The name on your original order
• date of purchase
• Return Authorization Number (your original order number)
• reason for the return
Please write your Return Authorization Number (original order number) clearly on your shipping label.

3rd Party web sites or in-store purchases
If you purchased your Predator Guard units at a 3rd party web site or retail store, please contact them directly for your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Predator Guard units with obvious signs of use, with missing original packaging including all inserts and instructional brochures.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In this situation your return will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace your items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Predator Guard unit, please ship it to us at the Returns address below. Please write your Return Authorization Number (original order number) on the external shipping label.

(You are responsible for any return shipping costs to us.

We will cover shipping for any replacement unit shipped back to you.)

The Return Authorization Number (original order number) must be clearly written or typed on your shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
